"I would like to send a message about your employee that picks up my trash. Unfortunately the squirrels got into my barrel and had a mess of the ground. I thought I would wait until after the pickup to clean the mess. Much to my surprise the mess was picked up when I got home. I am a 70 year old woman who has had many, many years of service pickup. And never has this happened to me. I cannot tell you what a great feeling it is to know we still have do gooders in the world. This man deserves a huge thanks.

"Your driver had already emptied my cart and was a few houses down when I come out with a turkey carcass to throw out. I waved for him to come back, and he did. He was super nice and took the time to come back and take the bag and put it into the back of his truck.
